Sports Relief

We had a dance off in assembly. Each class showed a dance. We all enjoyed dancing. In class we spent 20 minutes dancing and went on the smoothie bike to raise money for Sports Relief.

Clay souvenirs

We made souvenirs from clay today as part of our UK topic.

Yr 3 and Yr 4 UK country dancing

In class today we had a visit from Ian and a band. Ian taught us some dances. We learnt a traditional dance from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Our favourite dance was The Farmers Jig which was the Welsh dance.

Visit from the fire service

KS1 had a visit from the fire service. We really enjoyed looking at the fire engine.

Clean for the Queen

Today the whole school went out near the school grounds and picked up litter. We were cleaning the local area to help celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday. We went with Commando Joe and Ed out the side gate and around to the field. We collected lots of rubbish and had a great time.

World book day

Today we all dressed up as our favourite book characters.
